In Katmandu 8 children are sponsored and one is still waiting. Most of the children live in boarding schools and are in good health. However the adults have enormous financial difficulties and often live in poverty. Before the dramatic events of the last months there were still some rich families who were lodging the poorest. However today a lot of these families have left Nepal, leaving the poorer families homeless. |
